Hello!
Recently I drank coffee and watched movie about agent Bond - 'From Russia with Love'.

I have thought about Rusian Coffee...

Somebody tried the Russian coffee?
Please, tell me, What Russian Coffee Brands do you know?

Oh, never heard about such coffee and didn't know they are a country producing coffee :-\ DO they really grow coffee?

I dont know Russian Coffee Brands but I know the recipe:

Russian Coffee recipe

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur
5 ozhot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Add coffee, vodka and kahlua to irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float cream on top, add amaretto, and garnish with a cherry.

That has given me an idea for next week's blog post. If anyone knows anymore about Russian coffee let know. I'm sure that Vodka is involved - a lot!

you know!!! all russian coffee recipes that I can find contain VODKA!!! Its very strange!
they like americans add Vodka to all food (americans add ketchup and mayonnaise)
I like to move it, MOVE IT

Of course Vodka is involved. As well as Bears, Matreshkas and Balalaikas, lol

P.S. To the topic: haven't tried any but curious :)

'Ketchup and mayonnaise' - hopefully that's never been added to coffee!

Look here! Thats all I found about Russian coffee. They buy coffee beans in 15 countries of the world, basic of which are Brazil, Bolivia, India, Indonesia and Colombia!

russian coffee brands:
- Jokey (Жокей) [About 30 % of the consumer market of the natural fried coffee]
- Grand (Гранд)
- Chernaya Karta (Черная Карта)
- Kaffa (Каффа)
- Bon (Бон)

In USA and may be in Canada you cant buy it... may be on-line from Russia! do you know russian ? =))
