Colored coffee

With the holiday season pretty much in full swing now, has anyone ever heard of colored coffee? Do you think it's possible? I just thought it would be something neat.

I haven't heard about such coffee but you could try color it at home using some coffee syrup...

I'm not sure how to color coffee, but it sure would be fun to have a green cup of coffee for St. Patty's day. I would much prefer that to green beer.

I can't imagine the spectrum of colors would be very great as we're starting with brown right? Perhaps if you put enough cream to turn it off white, you'll have a better "palette" to color it with. I'd like to see what you come up with if you venture into that.

I have not got to see colored coffee yet. But I have heard about it from my friends. I also agree with Derek that there are some coffee syrups available which you can use at home to enjoy colored coffee. I will also try that. :)

Colored coffee??? Hm, sounds interesting but never heard about such before, though I'm sure it is worth trying at least once...
