Barista needs retrained

I frequent the Starbucks in my town quite often. I usually get a Chai Latte and they are oh so tasty. But I was out town last week and went in to the Starbucks where I was and they had watered it down. There isn't even any water in Chai! It was so gross and I was so disappointed. Has this ever happened to you?

I didn't taste it before....Shouldn't it be diluted with water?
