Calories and coffee!

Postby NoLimits » 16 Oct 2010, 07:09

Sorry if this is a disturbing topic for anyone :d but I just came across a site with details of the calories in various coffee drinks. It's a bit sad that I will now feel bad about trying a Starbucks Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha, How can I pretend I don't know it equals a quarter of my daily allowance? It's going to be hard work but I think I'll manage. :ymparty: Are you going to take a peek? http://www.diet-blog.com/08/how_many_calories_in_coffee.php

I'm so sorry Maria :ymhug:. Then again Killer has a good option, you can figure out an exercise routine that lets you work towards coffee calories instead of the usual counting. So you can say 30 minutes on the treadmill = a latte, another fifteen minutes gets you a cupcake to go with it. :d

I don't count calories in my coffee drinks. I know they are high but when I get one I am usually rewarding myself with a splurge so I don't care what is in it!

Calories in coffee - NO Passaran! I don't count them, why should I do it? If I ever try doing that, I'd be an unhappy person - coffee is one of my most favorite drinks in the world!

Funny thing happened to me! I gave up focusing on counting calories---with everything---and I lost weight! :) Seriously, I decided about a year ago that I was going to have a bit more fun. This new-found freedom included drinking fun coffee (among other things), like White Chocolate Mocha, once or twice a week and not regretting it or feeling guilty. Sooooo, that being said, I didn't look at the calorie list----it would take my fun away. :)

I don't mind having some calories in coffee - just don't drink too much of it when they're there... ;)

One of the most important things to do when you are trying to get in shape is taking caution of your diet. This does not take any time from your schedule and you will feel much healthier when you eat the right foods in the right quantity.

It relies upon the sort of espresso you drink, a some blended espresso has under 5 calories and no fat, however in the event that you spruce up your espresso with additional items, regardless of whether at home or your most loved café, you likewise include additional calories....

Espresso is just about Zero Calorie. As per the USDA supplement database – a 8 some espresso (blended from grounds) has only 2 (yes two) Calories. The calories originate from a little measure of protein and some mono-unsaturated oils.
