Hi Coffeelover! Glad to see ya here! Well your question's not unfounded. Of course coffee, as well as tea, is a little addictive but I personally don't think it is able to affect our health. It's like a habit that penetrates our life and is as essential as bread and butter in the morning or soup for dinner, etc. The problem is how many cups of coffee per day you consume. Nothing should be excessive, you should always know where to stop. That's actual for everything you do and eat, not only for drinking coffee.
