Don't all the best movies seem to have at least one scene where the characters are drinking coffee somewhere? Doesn't matter which genre-- from comedy to romance, I just love that scene! It's sort of like when people smoke in movies, I guess. It just always seems cooler to do it in the world of the movie than it is to do it in the real world, you know?
Of course, the only movie I can think of right now where people drink coffee is in You've Got Mail (romantic comedy), that whole scene in the coffee shop near the beginning when they're sniping at each other and drinking coffee angrily and then later near the end when they like each other more and it's so romantic.
