I like McD's coffee well enough but I'd prefer Starbucks over it if I had to choose between the two. I wish I had a Starbucks a little closer to me. The closest one is about 25 minutes away...

I am with on this one Muggles, the nearest Starbucks to me is about half an hour away and so I don't get to go there often. I do prefer Starbucks over McDonald's but there is a McDonald's about 10 minutes away from me. I usually get one when I take the kids there to eat.

For me it really depends on the drink. I like the regular hot coffee at McDonalds but for a blended, iced, or flavored drink I much prefer Starbucks. McDonalds and Starbucks are both near my house so I suppose I'm luckier than others. There are better coffee shops but I'll drink either one and like it.

Well, neither Starbucks, nor DD are on my list of favorites. However, when I feel like I'm tired or need to have to drink a cup of joe before an important meeting, I go to one of those places....
