How often do you drink coffee?

Hi Alexander! To be sincere, I don't usually count how many cups per day I drink. However I try not to exceed 5 cups a day and usually am satisfied with 2-3 cups depending on my mood and drink's availability

... and it is minimum of 2-3 cups a day!

I like to drink coffee with chocolate (sneakers or mars) especially!!!

Usually I drink 2 cups of coffee per day, that makes me feel alive! I agree with Maria that sometimes it's depends on the mood.. and I think it's depends on the person too :-?

Somebody drink 4-6 cups of coffee and feel sleepy, meantime another person drink only a cup and he is very energetic

So I cannot tell you the exact number but I can definitely tell you I'm a coffee addict, a coffee lover, a coffee amateur and mmm....many others. :-)

I can drink more than 2 cups in case if the coffee contents the low caffeine. This kind of coffee is ideal to be drunk even in the evening! ~o)

I don't drink it very often considering how much I like it. I have one huge mug first thing in the morning. It is very, very strong and creamy with no sugar. I relish this for as long as possible.

I'm a coffee addict so I take it everytime I need it. The problem with me is that I tend to become sleepy after about 3 to 4 hours after taking coffee so I need to take another cup of coffee for me to wake up. So figure that out how many times I drink coffee in a day. There are times when I'm really active so I don't need to drink as much coffee as I need to remain awake.

I know it is bad but what can I do to get me awake besides drinking coffee? I don't want to know anyway because I love my coffee! :))

There has been numerous studies to disprove the coffee is bad for your heart myth.

As for me, I drink about 3-5 cups during the week on average. If it's a stressful or hectic week I can drink as many as 15 cups!

Coffee makes my day complete. Honestly, I used to drink 4-5 cups a day. Am I drinking too much? Hopefully not!
If I'm working overtime in the office, 5 cups is not enough. I thank my Boss for providing a coffee maker in the office at least I can save a few bucks in my pocket.

I drink at least one pot of coffee in the morning so that's at least 5 cups and if I am working on a deadline I will frequently have another pot in the afternoon. Wow 10 cups some days that is kind of a lot.
