How often do you drink coffee?

When I'm at home I will usually drink 2 cups of coffee a day. When I go to diners or restaurants I can usually drink 3 of the small cups that they use. I am sort of a slow drinker, and I don't need the caffeine as much as I love the taste - or at least that's what I'd like to think!

I have at least a cup of coffee every day. I can live without it. Sometimes I wanna give up this bad habit but I can't. I tried to take tea instead of coffee but it didn't work :-(

I really shouldn't drink coffee because I am wearing braces and my doctor told me not to, but I just can't resist it. So I drink coffee at least once a day.

I drink a cup or two in the morning to wake up. I'm a weirdo who drinks it in a tall glass instead of a mug, so even if it's only one glass it's about two cups, see.

And then I have it whenever I get a chance to go out during the rest of the day, and sometimes later that day at home if I feel like I need it. I really have to cut back during the school year, though, because a 10 PM bedtime means no coffee after school for the most part. :C For some reason caffeine keeps me up even if I drink it as early as 5 or so.

LOL! And I drink it the traditional way - from the mug but your idea with the glass has interested me, so I'd definitely give it a try one day.

Drinking one to two cups of coffee per day is good for the heart, so I try to settle for two per day.
