Look what I've found on the web! It's awesome, no less...How do they make it? What is this red color? Anyone has the response???

It's a useful link, CrazyBaby, however it doesn't explain how the red color is made....perhaps, they add something coloring into milk, like you said, a colouring agent...

I say, baristas are not only those who learn but also those who feel the art. It's amazing how they prepare an amazing thing simply shaking their hand.....I guess, if you'd ask a barista how to make it, thy won't tell you - it's their daily bread...

Well, I agree....I would learn from baristas with eager but they don't want to teach me anything.. :-(

That red stuff is most probably berry jam or confiture. Adding syrups is quite spread, why not use it for decoration. I wouldn't want any chemicals in my coffee, and nobody would I guess.
