Hey guys! It's a new day, I'm in a great mood and I'd like to share with you one of my favorite coffee cake receipts. Here we go:

Sour Cream Coffee Cake
The ingredients first:
1 cup of butter (you may cut in two and add more sour cream instead)+2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups sugar (white)
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of a regular flour (+1/3 cup flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt to taste
0.5 cup pressed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Guidance:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the sour cream and vanilla. Mix in 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread 1/2 of batter in the prepared pan.
3. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl mix 1/3 cup flour, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle cake batter with 1/2 the filling. Spread second half of batter over the filling, and top with remaining filling.
4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Mmmm....yummy! Goin' to prepare it right now, join me :) It would be nice if you give your own receipts here, waiting for your replies.
Yeah, that's me ;)

hello!

I want tell you about "Coffee Jelly"
when I come to my granny she entertains me with specialty jelly! I like it so much!
so I want to share it with you:

Coffee Jelly.
Pour a pint of boiling milk through a muslin bag containing three ounces of freshly-ground coffee. Put one ounce and a half of soaked gelatine into a saucepan with a pint of cold milk, and inch of stick cinnamon, and two table-spoonfuls of sugar. Let it boil, and stir it until the gelatine is dissolved. Mix the yolks of two eggs with the coffee, strain the milk and gelatine upon it, pour it into a mould which has been immersed in cold water, and let it remain in a cool place until stiff. It will stiffen in about twenty-four hours.

Bon appetit!

A simple iced coffee recipe, heavy on the milk. A quick iced coffee recipe is very handy in the summer. No reason to go without your coffee just because the heat is up.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups coffee, cold
2 cups milk
2 cups crushed ice

Blend all ingredients until frothy. Serve over ice.

bon appétit!

Here's what you can do with instant coffee ;)

Caramel sauce: Add a teaspoon or two to caramel sauce (a simmer of butter, cream, sugar and water). Or heat store-bought caramel sauce and stir in instant coffee. Try this over pancakes or drizzled on ice cream.

Chili: Add a tablespoon or two during simmering. You won't taste the coffee in the finished product, but it deepens the savory flavors of the dish, adding a wonderful richness.

Chocolate cake: Mix a teaspoon or two of instant coffee into the milk for the batter for an exceptionally rich chocolate cake. It also can be added to chocolate frosting.

Pancakes: Mix a teaspoon of either instant coffee or espresso into pancake batter for a delicious accompaniment to morning coffee.

Butter: Soften a stick of butter in the microwave, then place it in a food processor. Add 1 teaspoon instant coffee and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate. Use on toasted bread or muffins.

Seafood or meat rub: In a blender or food processor, combine 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon instant coffee. Process until well combined, then use to dust or rub broiled or grilled meat or salmon.
Swirl the flavor. Savor the taste.
