Barista Courses

Postby Buzzy » 21 May 2012, 13:02

When I was researching stuff to do in Sydney, Australia as part of a vactaion my hubby and I took a few months ago, I stumbled across the opportunity to take some barista/coffee art courses. We didn't end up taking them due to time, but they sound pretty fun. Have you ever taken a similar class?

Nope, but I'd like to take such kind of course, though I'm afraid I won't become a true barista - if only for myself and my family :ymblushing:

It sounds fun, but I just don't need if you need this in life, if you have a good coffee machine and know how to make a decent cup of coffee.

I went to some barista courses - just a couple of days, and haven't managed to learn anything but had a lot of fun and received enormous pleasure watching real baristas doint their job.

I drink coffee for myself. I don't want to show anyone else how good I am at brewing it, since enjoying my coffee is the only goal. :ymblushing:

Barista courses? It sounds an interesting idea, I am going to find out whether we have such courses here, in my town.

Barista courses are good for those who are really passionate about the coffee art and would like to make it their profession. I prefer admiring it from outside.

I would be glad to attend such courses. Will you please give me their coordinates?
