Coffee with cocoa...

Postby paul77 » 04 Jun 2010, 00:26

It may seem strange but I really like it this way sometimes. The cocoa really sweetens the coffee and I almost avoid sugar when mix them together. I think you should try it one day cause it changes the coffee taste in a way and you get a totally different drink which can be hardly found at the store.
Not sure if this topic suits here but I really feel like it is a kind of a review of my own experience. :-)

Hey paul77! It really seems a kind of strange mix but I personally think what is a non-sense for one people, can be a godsend for the others. So keep it going! =;

Well, I like my coffee with vegetables...It's very strange to anyone who sees me for the first time. However all my friends and family are already used to this habit of mine and can take some tomatoes while drinking coffee as well :d

Looks like I\m not the first to say it's a quite strange combo :)
My dad likes coffee with lemon. That may also seem strange to some of you :)
Swirl the flavor. Savor the taste.

Wow! What kind of lemon? Fresh sliced or more of a juice thing? I am very familiar with the coffee-cocoa mix - my friends .... meet the 'cafe mocha'. It's a bit sweet for me but I do sometimes mix half a stick of hot chocolate powder mix into a large mug of instant ;)

I tried this one but the cocoa I used is from a famous brand name and not a pure cocoa powder. It is delicious and it made the coffee creamier. This is a great refreshment when you put in ice cubes in the mix.

OK, well coffee and cocoa actually sound pretty good, but I am really curious about the coffee and vegetable combinations. What kind of vegetables?

Coffee with cocoa isn't such a strange combination. When I have cappuccino in a coffee house they always sprinkle cocoa on top and some places actually sprinkle chocolate pieces on top, so the combination of coffee and chocolate is well known and quite delicious. ;)

I guess everyone has right to drink coffee with whatever he/she wants and even vegetables may seem quite suitable in some cases ;)
