I am going for the weekly trip to the store today and I think I will be poking around the coffee aisle, see if I can find something to spice up the thing that keeps me going all day. Does anyone know of premade recipes I can do now, and store to use later?

Coffee-Vodka recipe

Scale ingredients to 1 servings:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1/2 cupinstant coffee
1/2 chopped vanilla bean
1 1/2 cups vodka
caramel food coloring

Boil water and sugar until dissolved. Turn off heat. Slowly add dry instant coffee and continue stirring.

Add a chopped vanilla bean to the vodka, then combine the cooled sugar syrup and coffee solution with the vodka. Cover tightly and shake vigorously each day for 3 weeks.

Strain and filter.

*Its also best to let the sugar mixture cool completely so the vodka won't evaporate when its added.

**If you like a smoother feel to the liqueur you can add about 1 teaspoon of glycerine to the finished product.
Instant human. Just add coffee.

Coffee Almond Devine The perfect winter cocktail for those who like rich and creamy drinks.
A bit of almond liqueur goes well with the hot cream.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup hot coffee
1/4 cup heavy cream, scalded
1 shot of almond liqueur
Preparation:
Just combine the ingredients and serve. You can use almond extract instead of liqueur for a non-alcoholic version.

Cafe World - The fruity sweetness of brandy with a tangy citrus twist.
A wonderful combination of brandy, orange, lemon and spices to awake your senses, revive your spirit and make you remember just how wonderful life is.
Ingredients:
1 cup brandy
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
6 whole cloves whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups double-strength coffee

Preparation:
Have ready a heatproof serving bowl. Heat the brandy, sugar, orange and lemon peel, cloves, allspice, cinnamon stick and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium over medium heat. Do not boil. When brandy mixture is hot, pour into the heatproof serving bowl. Darken the room, and carefully ignite brandy (for safety's sake, you might prefer to ignite a metal ladle of the brandy mixture and add this to the serving bowl). Let the brandy burn for 60 seconds. Slowly pour hot coffee into the flaming brandy. Stir mixture.

Serves 6

Nice recipes, I hope they helped :D
If not - I'd just make a full thermos of strong coffee, better without milk. That's it :)
