Hi all,

Just curious. As for someone who is trying to lose some weight, I've been wondering whether you can lose weight with coffee. Everywhere I've read, it says you can. What do you think? Should I believe?

Yes coffee really help you for losing weight from your body. Because coffee is a best thing for every situation. With the use of coffee you must do exercises daily for losing weight.

Yes, coffee is a thermogenic, it speed up your metabolism, is great to be drank 1 hour or so before you exercise

Diets, counting carbs, etc; they all seem to be ineffective to losing weight. The best diet is the one you can put together; the one that works with your body.
