Discuss coffee impact on health

Civet Coffee

Not sure if it fits here but still...
You all know about the most expensive coffee in the world obtained from such exotic animals as civets. They eat coffee berries for their juicy pulp. The bean passes through their digestive tract becoming more useful and valuable as it is considered by many people. But we drink their excrements, in fact. Thereby, my question - did anyone of you ever tried this coffee? Did you like it? And if you haven't tasted it before, would you want to try it? Don't you think it's not very healthy and sanitary drinking coffee from animals with unknown level of health, picked from the ground??

Kopi Luwak can prevent neurological diseases, because the antioxidants and caffeine contained in coffee can prevent Parkinson's. Besides caffeine contained in coffee Luwak was also able to inhibit inflammation in the brain. Do you know that a new controlled study suggests taking green coffee bean extract could be a safe and effective way to lose some weight.

Interesting information. However, as a true woman, only one thing got under my skin - it was about green beans which are supposed to make me thinner. How is it possible? In real life, I mean. ;)
I make serious coffee - so strong it wakes up the neighbors
