My first taste of Java coffee happened in Indonesia a year ago. It was one of the coolest experience for me. I saw the big plantation of coffee in Java island. The taste of Java coffee is unbeatable in terms of aroma, flavors and quality. Anyone here comes from Indonesia? I can say that your country is totally blessed.

Indonesian coffee is as good as any other coffee from other parts of the world. I mean, properly grown and processed, all coffees have their zest. But now when coffee is counterfeited all over the world, it is hard to speak about their quality.

mizhanna, thank you for sharing that! For some reason I ignored Indonesian coffee before, but I will give it a try!

Indonesian coffee is dry-processed rather than washed, accentuating its already full body and resulting into earthy notes. The elusive taste that keeps Indonesia fans sampling bean after bean is not the fruity blackberry of Kenya but earthy wild mushroom.

I have never been in Indonesia, so every time I try a coffee from there I feel either disappointment, or great pleasure - it seems they often bring fake coffee in here.

Indonesia is one of the best places to buy coffee at. It's a pity we don't have stores that sell Indonesian coffee at our place.
