Whereas too much coffee has been said to be harmful, it has health benefits when taken in moderation. I am just wondering if there is anything like low fat coffee?

Low fat coffee? No. Coffee itself does not have fat in it. It's the milk products (whipped cream too) people add. But as I mentioned in another topic, if you take the milk out, you will probably just add more sugar, which is fattening in itself.

I can't enjoy hot black coffee, but it's fine iced. If you are going to try to cut calories give it a try, though it may take a bit of getting used to. If I accidentally drink coffee with sugar in that is all I can taste!

Wow, I would need a few more days to getting used to taking coffee without any sugar. What is said about carbohydrates is that the excess glycogen is normally converted to fat so adding a lot sugar is worth avoiding.

Excess glycogen is not converted to fat, excess glucose is converted to fat once glycogen stores are full. Sorry to be nitpicky but I am dietitian and want people who are interested in fat burning to be the most educated possible!

A low fat coffee? I think it's a myth, as well as tea for weight loss. ;) :d If you drink your coffee black - no sugar, cream, and anything else added, then it won't harm your body but could not bring you pleasure, as well.

Water?
Drink your coffee plain, and you'll forget about these problems.

Coffee, I don't think would help reduce weight, but it helps increase memory. I've heard that chocolates and coffee enhances your brain cells and increases your memory. Well, I'm not sure of it though, but I have sure heard of such a thing.
