Caffeine pills

Do any of you take caffeine pills? Most of them have about 200 MG of caffeine, which is pretty much the same amount as two cups of coffee. I think I may take caffeine pills when I plan to stop drinking coffee soon to go on my summer fat cutting plan.

Never taken them, and don't think I ever would. While I'll happily admit I need the caffeine, I like the taste and whole experience of coffee. Can't you find a way to enjoy a lower calorie drink, rather than quit it altogether?

I take them when I need them. They do not have any adverse effects on me. You have to be careful when you try them. I have known people who have had bad reactions to them.

I would never nod my head to taking caffeine pills because the whole coffee drinking experience is uncomparable. I would rather you just reduced the amount of coffee you take rather than quit altogether.

Yup. It is just a sketchy thing though, like, "Hey, what's that pill you're taking?", followed by me saying a caffeine pill, it freaks people out. I don't quite get why because my pill probably has less caffeine than their caffeinated drink! \m/

You don't need to give up coffee for a fat cutting plan. Just do not use sugar or creamer. If you drink it black then it has no fat or calories and it helps speed up your metabolism.
