Hey guys! I've been missing you How are you? Well I'd like to post a small review about Mexican coffee I have recently discovered. I brought a specialty coffee coming from Chiapas - one of the Mexican regions. The coffee is light-bodied, soft with some very pleasant fragrances with subtle nuances. This coffee is versatile what means it always surprises me with some new aroma notes and different tastes. I don't know the secret of this miracle so won't share it with you But that's it, I like this coffee and strongly recommend it to you!!!!

Well, Mexican coffee.....isn't that kind-of-the-majority-drink. You like it or not, that's it... Someone considers it too simple and bland, the others are just nuts about it. My personal opinion - it is good but not for a long period of time - for a short change, for example...And then get to your favourite one
