Which taste profile do you prefer?
I tend to like slight bitterness, sweetness, maybe a little acidity in my coffee.
My dad only likes full bodied coffee with earthy taste though it is considered as not very good...

I'm more of a fruity, mellow and nutty taste and medium roast - these are my favorite nuances in a cup of coffee!

all depends from my mood and time of day.
- in the morning I like coffee with milk
- in the evening I like bitter coffee with cigars
- at work I like to drink 3in1 coffee

I don't like acid coffee - that's for sure, cause it harms my stomach and don't bring me pleasure at all.
