I was watching the news one afternoon and there was a new report that if you drink one cup of coffee per day, and only at lunch, it is excellent in maintaining good health. Did anybody here about this? I thought it was odd that it was during the lunch hour. The doctor who was asked to review the study was asked about the timing and he said that was a mystery to everybody involved.

I agree with SanchoPancho: drinks like water, coffee and tea should be taken apart from you meal, be it breakfast, dinner or anything else. And all of those researches prove once again that scientists don't know how to feel their free time

I know only one thing: everything is harmful and inevitably lead us to death I really like my coffee in the morning and cannot just refuse it because it (and some other thousands of products) is harmful

I agree with Paula. Everyday, scientists come out with a new way to kill us or a new way to improve our health. If we were to follow all of these guidelines, we would have a very varied (and contradictory) diet!

Coffee can be good only if you drink it moderately. But that can be applied to any other drink or food cause every person should know that moderation in all could keep him/her healthy, and not vice versa.

I think that it is silly! I don't understand the scientists! They have nothing to do? there are a lot of important problems in the world?

i think it can be good for you if you drink it in afternoon or maybe after having your lunch .... like if you on job it will really make you relaxed .. because of it's caffeine nutrients ....
