Do you believe those constant statements about coffee able to detect various sorts of diseases? The scientists often contradict themselves - form one part, coffee is considered one of the worst products we daily consume and from the other side - we constantly hear about the discoveries which prove that coffee isn't that bad at all. And can even help us prevent or cure some malady. So who to believe? Or do you have a personal opinion regarding the matter? Waiting for replies.....

Hey, Michael!
As far as scientists do researches all the time, they really believe coffee can help people. But it should pass at least a century, so no one knows is this true or not.

I totally agree with Maria. Coffee can be really healthy but the reseraches started too late for us to make conclusions. I guess only our descendants will be able to confirm or deny any facts about coffee benefits. Unfortunately or luckily, every research needs time to be believed it's true.

I am sure that if you drink coffee in moderation, there is nothing wrong with it. Too much caffeine is not good for you, so one or two cups a day should be fine. What you put in your coffee might be worse - like too much sugar, and creamer. That's adding lots of extra calories and fat.

I believe that it would be so bad for our health if we use it in limited quantity ..... Excess of anything can be worse for our health ... And every food has it's own nutrient values some are good and some aren't ...
