Hey, guys! What is your vision of a good coffee house, its products, workers and their service? I see it as a friendly place where it is always clean and neat; the waiters are smiling, caring and polite; the products have the highest quality and are always fresh and delicious. :d Am I a dreamer or that place really exists?

Yey, such places really exist!!! in very very expensive restaurants!
for example: in Paris, France....
simple coffee for 30$ (it's not Luwak)

but service is SUPER!!! I felt myself like I am a king

Such places do exist and all depends on a correct management. And these are not necessary the most expensive coffee houses as SanchoPancho thinks. ;)

Everything should be harmonious: service, quality and prices. I cannot choose only one factor because I won't be happy in neither way. :d

I see it as a very quiet and clam place with a friendly atmosphere. Some closest friends near me and a smiling and attentive waiter in a good mood ;) And the quality of their coffee isn't that important for me, after all.

I was in a coffeehouse once and a waiter wouldn't approach me for 20 minutes, at least...When my patience came to an end, I have called the administrator and told him about this....And do you imagine? He didn't even apologize, so I left that place and never came there again....So I think, such a tactic is the most efficient.. It's them who suffer after their clients leave, not us... ;)

Such places do exist, and thanks God, such manners become more and more popular. :-)
