I love coffee, but limit myself to one cup a day. I wake up and make my cup of coffee and that is my wake up routine.

There's no way I could limit myself to one per day. I usually have two in the morning and sometimes one or two in the afternoon.

No!!! One cup of coffee is not enough for me.... its too little!! I have 7-12 cups per day =)

It depends on my location when it comes to how much coffee I drink. When I'm at home, I drink only 1 or 2 cups a day. When I'm somewhere else though, I tend to drink down coffee like it's water!

I drink more if I am out and about. I use to drink about 5 or 6 when I worked as a manger of a Restaurant to keep me going! I do enjoy my coffee just not a need for it as I am at home right now.

I wonder how you can do that Frenchvanilla. You have a great discipline if you only drink one cup of coffee everyday. Most of us here love coffee so much that we drink it whenever we like it to.

Well, I could limit myself to one cup but otherwise I wouldn't be a coffee lover anymore. It's just like a habit I can't control

I usually have two big mugs a day. I have switched to using 1/2 caffeine so I don't have as much as I previously drank. Sometimes I will treat myself to a latte in the afternoon, but not every day.
