Hi! ;)
Each of us has own secrets about buying, brewing or even growing coffee.
I have decided to create this topic cause I think this is a good place where we can share our professionalism (secrets) with beginners.

My advices could look banal but when I choose my coffee, I look at the expiry date, tend to use it in a couple of weeks; store it in a ceramic vessel and never brew once used coffee grounds twice. :-)

The biggest secret: always buy freshest beans possible (roasted or/and ground) and brew them immediately! :d

I cannot say that I have special secrets, but I have some preferences that I think make my cup of coffee more tasty. I like coffee with 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and with sour cream. By the way, how do you think, if I’ll store my ground coffee a month or two in an slightly open box, may that affect to the taste??
