I'm trying hard to achieve at least 30% of this

But I only get a slight foam like this

My question is... How do you make it???

Hi ginga! This kind of foam can be reached only with the help of a professional espresso machine which is equipped with a cappuccinatore - a special device which steams the milk in the pitcher. The latter is a steel jug created for steaming the milk there and then to pour it down the latte.
Hope I helped you understand that only buying yourself an espresso machine and other necessary devices and having some barista skills you will be able to make that exaclty froth you wish.....Good luck! :-)

Ginga, it would be much easier to go to a restaurant and order yourself a hot cup of espresso! The barista will be glad to help you with this problem :-)

I really hate foam (not sure bout the reason of the hatred), so I don't know how it is made. But continue working on, and you'll aim your goal!

My husband made a cup of coffee for me the other day and it foamed up like the picture. He got nervous and started asking me if he was doing it right because he had never seen it that before. It was actually quite hilarious as I heard gasps and small yells from the kitchen. I don't know what he used or did, but it was good coffee and a good memory.

The foam is milk.

The best way is if you have a steamer attached to an espresso machine.

If you don't have that gently heat some milk in a pot on the stove, and whisk like crazy until it foams. Or you could heat it then put in the blender.
