Hello jmjdubai!

Welcome aboard!

Here's a recipe which I think is very easy to prepare and is sooo tasty, you'll want to prepare it every day, I promise. ;)

Café au Lait or Café con Leche

1 cup strong dark roast gourmet coffee or espresso
1 cup hot milk

In the 1980’s Cubans have been serving “café con leche” for decades down in Miami. Anyway, this traditional Spanish and French drink is prepared by simultaneously pouring equal amounts of hot, strong dark roast gourmet coffee and hot milk into a large cup. The milk can either be heated in the microwave or stovetop. The heated milk adds a special sweetness to this delicious drink. The Cuban version is actually prepared with a cup of hot milk and a shot of Cuban coffee poured into it. Sugar is a must to fully appreciate this drink. Makes 2 servings.

If you like Irish whiskey and heavy cream, then this recipe is exactly what you were looking for:

Irish Coffee

Yields 1 serving
1 C freshly brewed hot coffee
1-2 t brown sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
Heavy cream

In a mug, combine coffee with sugar and whiskey (don't skip the sugar, it's supposed to help the cream float). Place cream in a small bowl and lightly whisk until it's slightly frothy. Place a spoon upside down and rest on the surface of the coffee. Pour cream over the spoon and serve without stirring.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

How to prepare:

Brew a batch of cold brew coffee. I place 2 cups of ground coffee in 8 cups of water and let it sit all day or overnight. To avoid any grounds in the coffee, I strain it first and then let it drip through a coffee filter into my glass bottle. Store the coffee concentrate in the fridge to use as needed. The rest of this recipe is less than exact and can be altered as you want to make it sweeter or stronger. Fill a glass half full of ice.
Pour the glass half to two thirds full of the strong brewed coffee you made in step one.
Add one large dollop of sweetened condensed milk {fat free is fine} and stir until well mixed.
Fill the glass the rest of the way with half and half {again, fat free is fine}. Stir well …
… and enjoy the most delicious iced coffee you’ve ever had!

Take 1 Tea spoon coffee and shake it 15 mint. with 2 to 3 drops of milk with the help of teaspoon. When the color of the coffee get change or say when it turns to light brown then mix it with hot milk, add sugar as per your taste and some add little bit amount of coco powder and serve it with your loved ones. :)
