As much as I love coffee, I gotta have some flavoring in it. My favorite has to be toffee nut with gingerbread being a close second. The flavoring seems to take the bitter edge from the coffee & when a lot of cream is added. yummmmmy!!! Any ideas on how to make homemade flavoring syrup?

Here is a recipe for coffee syrup that I found. I'm not sure I would make it, but it doesn't look really hard. This is a simple one, but I'm sure there are other recipes that would be more flavorful.

I like coffee syrups made by Monin and DaVinci Gourmet. They are really one of the best, and I do feel sometimes I go too far with them - instead of drinking and enjoying true coffee, I mostly buy syrups

I'm happy that people are finding ways to make their coffee time special, but I really don't like syrups. Perhaps it's because I dislike sweet drinks? The gingerbread syrup does sound delicious though.

I believe it's very good. But it would be much better than this.
