Coffee in turkey?

My grandma used to put coffee inside the turkey with her stuffing on holidays. I have never seen or heard of this since. I remember going and thinking it was the best turkey ever but that could possibly be because I was surrounded by cousins and aunts and uncles---no joke---there are 30 cousins.
Has anybody else done this or heard of this? Anybody have a recipe for it? As with most things....whatever Grandma did in the kitchen was lost.

Just try doing that yourself, you could make a rehearsal before Thanksgiving, and see what comes out this. Good luck!
