Right to the point, Peter! I like mildly roasted beans - when they are roasted enough for emitting all the aroma and flavor they are capable at. I don't like them overroasted as they lose their natural fragrance and gain a lot of harmful acidity

I like barely roasted beans so that they don't lose their initial qualities meanwhile the roasting gives them another perfect nuances. This mix makes me crazy
